- Successful applicants are required to secure the property by paying two weeks rent within 24 hours of approval

LEASE RENEWALS

- Review of tenancy agreements approximately 60 days prior to expiry

RENT COLLECTION

- Rent is due on or before the specified due date via electronic transfer
- Follow-up reminders issued between 7–14 days if payment is overdue
- Continued non-payment beyond 15 days results in a Notice of Breach

- Monthly electronic transfer of rental income into your nominated account
- Detailed monthly statements outlining all income and expenses
