INITIAL CONSULTATION - BRIEF ANALYSIS
- We meet with you for an initial consultation to discuss your development and the process.
- During our consultation, we will customise, tailor and assist with the services.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
- If you do not already have plans, part of our service is to organise you to meet with our building designers to discuss the options to draft plans that will achieve your needs / goals and meet Council requirements.
- To maximise the potential on your land and to make sure that every detail is accurate and that you make the best decisions.
- From there we will assist and provide you with the process step by step to work hand in hand with you.
FINAL DRAWINGS / PLANNING SUBMISSION / DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
- When you are happy with the final design, we will then prepare the full plans and supporting documentation required for submission of the development Planning Application to the various authorities. We will take care of process from start to finish.
- Lodgement and management of Council Planning Approval and Private Certifier with Building Approval.
- Facilitate the subdivision process and monitor the process with surveyors.
- Facilitate the demolition process and to be sure your site is cleared promptly ready for construction.
CONSTRUCTION TENDER
- Total transparency on all tenders.
- Comprehensive builder tender to ensure fixed price build contract.
- Working closely with our personally selected panel of builders, we will choose those best suited to your development and budget. We obtain up to 3 quotes and ensure each are quoting identical specifications.
- We prepare your specifications so each builder is tendering all same details.
APPOINT BUILDER / FINAL CHECK
- On approval the build cost is finalised , a builder is appointed and execution of the contract is finalised.
- Ensure all contractual documentation is in line with all plans, approvals, engineering and building specification and related schedules.
- We work alongside you until final completion
- During construction, we will assist you through the entire build progress of your project on each step of the process.
